Frequently asked questions

Does it block sweat ducts?
No. Unlike aluminium-based antiperspirants, which work by temporarily plugging sweat ducts to stop perspiration, this deodorant doesn't block sweat at all — it lets your body sweat naturally and instead targets the bacteria that cause odour.

Is this vegan?
Yes

Does it contain parfum?
No, our products do not contain artificial fragrance. We instead use a low level of natural essential oils for a sensorial moment of mindfulness.

Will it stain clothing?
Formulated to be oil-based rather than aluminium-based, which is the usual cause of yellow underarm marks on clothing. As with any cream product, apply sparingly and allow it to absorb before dressing.

Does a natural deodorant work?
Yes, though differently to an antiperspirant. It won't stop sweat — it neutralises the bacteria that cause odour, using ingredients like baking soda or magnesium instead of aluminium salts. Most people find effectiveness improves over the first 1–2 weeks as skin adjusts.

Is it safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — formulated without aluminium, parabens or synthetic fragrance, the most common triggers for underarm irritation. If you have very reactive skin, we'd still suggest patch-testing on your inner arm first.
