Non UK customers - transferring data outside of the EEA?

In order to process your personal data for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, we may transfer your personal data to third parties and other companies in our group that are based outside of the EEA.

We try to respond to all legitimate requests within one month. Occasionally it may take us longer than a month if your request is particularly complex or you have made many requests. In this case, we will notify you and keep you updated.

Do you store my personal data?

We will hold on to information only as long as is necessary;

 

  • For as long as you have an account with Aurelia
  • For as long as is needed to provide services to you
  • For as long as needed for support-related reporting (if you have spoken to our customer services) or for analytical reporting

 

Even after you may have closed your account or we are no longer need your information to provide services to you, we may still retain some of your information if needed for legal or regulatory requirements, to resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse or if we need to enforce our terms and conditions.

Reproduction of Content

If you submit Content (such as product reviews with photos) to Aurelia’s website, you grant Aurelia a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, and adapt such content, along with associated personal data (including your first name and photo), for communication, marketing, advertising, promotional, editorial, or other commercial purposes, without limitation, across all media and channels (including but not limited to the website, social media etc.). 

Keeping your personal data safe

We have appropriate security measures in place to prevent personal information from being accidentally lost, or used or accessed in an unauthorised way. We limit access to your personal information to those who have a genuine business need to know it. Those processing your information will do so only in an authorised manner and are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

How do I unsubscribe from marketing emails?

You can choose to stop receiving marketing messages from us at any time.

  • Clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in your email
  • Contacting us directly (via hello@aureliacellular.co.uk)

We will process the update to your preferences when you tell us about the change.

However, please note that it can take a few days for some of our systems to update, so you may receive some marketing messages during this process.

This change to your contact preferences will not stop communications regarding any orders you place, such as order confirmation and shipping emails.

What should I do if I no longer want an Aurelia account?

Contact us directly (via hello@aureliacellular.co.uk ) and we will delete/close your account.

How do I complain?

We hope that we can resolve any query or concern you raise about our use of your information. If you are not happy with how Aurelia manages your personal data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The supervisory authority in the UK is the Information Commissioner who may be contacted at https://ico.org.uk/concerns/.
