How much does delivery cost?


We offer two shipping options:

  • Standard Delivery (2-4 Business Days):
    - Free for subscription orders
    - Free for one-time orders over £35
    - £3.95 for one-time orders under £35
  • Next Business Day* (1-2 business days)
    - £4.95 for one-time orders
  • Please note Next Business Day orders (Monday- Friday- exc. Bank Holidays) placed over the weekend will be processed on the next business day. Only valid for Mainland UK addresses.

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch your order as swiftly as possible. During Sale and holiday periods please allow additional time for your order to be processed. Please be aware that online orders are not processed over the weekends or on public holidays.

  • Orders are typically shipped within 3–5 working days.
  • Place your order by 3pm (Monday–Friday) for next business day delivery.

Can I track my order?

In the UK all standard orders are usually shipped via Royal Mail Tracked48, or EVRI. For express delivery, orders will go out via EVRI. You will be sent a verified tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

  • Standard delivery - 17th December
  • Express delivery - 19th December

Holiday Warehouse closure

  • Christmas: 24th - 26th December
  • New Year: 31st December - 1st January
