Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for purchases. However, products covered by an official Aurelia guarantee or promotional offer — such as the 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for the Cellular Vitality Supplement Collection — are eligible under the terms of that specific offer.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

We’re so sorry your order wasn’t perfect. If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, please contact our customer care team at hello@aureliacellular.co.uk within 14 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and a photo of the issue so we can resolve it as quickly as possible. We will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee for Aurelia Cellular Vitality Supplement Collection

Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee applies exclusively to the Aurelia Cellular Vitality Supplement Collection. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you don’t see the benefits after trying our product, our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee makes it simple to request a refund of the product price.

How to claim

  1. Email hello@aureliacellular.co.uk within 30 days of receiving your order with the subject “30-Day Guarantee”. Please include: order number, full name and delivery address, and a short note about why you’d like a refund.
  2. We’ll reply within 1–2 working days with confirmation and return instructions.

What we refund

  • We refund the product price to the original payment method once the refund claim has been validated. Please allow up to 14 days from our agreement to issue the refund. (We will always aim to process refunds sooner.)
  • Shipping costs, express fees, duties, taxes, and gift-wrap are not refundable except where required by law.

Eligibility & Exclusions

  • The guarantee applies to the first purchase of each Aurelia Cellular Supplement product, made directly through our website.
    • For example: if you have purchased Product A before, you cannot claim a refund on Product A again. However, if you later purchase Product B for the first time, that purchase may be eligible.
  • We may decline claims where there is reasonable evidence of misuse (e.g. repeated returns across multiple products).
  • This policy is a goodwill offer and does not affect your statutory consumer rights (including the 14-day cooling-off right for distance purchases or the right to reject faulty goods).
