In order to operate efficiently, we need to have terms and conditions surrounding the content and usage of this website. By using our website, you are acknowledging that you have read, understand and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions, which include our privacy policy.

 

Discount codes. Once the expiry date has passed the code will expire.

 

No credit or cash will be exchanged.

Aurelia reserves the right to withdraw or suspend the promotion code without any reason or notice. We will advise you within the order process if we cannot accept the promotion code you have entered.

 

The promotion code must be entered into the correct section on the checkout page. We are unable to offer you the promotion or complimentary gift if the code has not been entered at checkout.

ORDER CONFIRMATION & ISSUES

Once you place an order, we’ll send you an email to confirm we’ve received it. Please note, if we identify a pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel your order. If an item is out of stock, we’ll contact you as soon as possible to let you know and offer a suitable alternative or refund.

 

You’re welcome to cancel your order in line with your cancellation rights. If there’s any issue with your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible so we can help.

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

Under the distance selling regulations you have the legal right to cancel your order within fourteen working days from the date of receipt of the goods if you send us a notice of cancellation in writing and return the goods to us in their original, unopened and unused condition. For further details of how to return merchandise please see our Returns section. Where goods are delivered to a third party you may exercise your right to cancel if you are able to return the merchandise to us. You can submit your cancellation notice by email to our Customer Services Department at hello@aureliacellular.co.uk.
