I would like to try these supplements, but I am concerned about my ability to stay consistent.

Our supplements are clinically designed and tested at two capsules per day, which is the dose tested for optimal results. Taking just one capsule occasionally is absolutely fine. However, if you consistently take only one capsule per day, you may still see benefits, but it could take longer to notice visible results. In case you’re worried about forgetting to take one in the morning and one in the evening, you can also take both capsules together at the same meal. I am on prescription medication; can I take your supplement?

Yes, retinol – a clinically proven ingredient in Absolute Beauty – helps to improve skin texture, reduce the appearance of wrinkles, and boost overall radiance.

I am taking magnesium, is this compatible?

Yes. Magnesium contributes to tiredness reduction and supports the normal functions of the nervous system and muscle contractions, while Aurelia supplements are formulated to support cellular protection from oxidative stress and visible signs of ageing through our ETERNACELL complex. They work in different areas of the body, so they are not considered overlapping. For best tolerance, we suggest taking both with meals.
